Renewal Form for IGC of Maine Members
The IGC Membership Renewal Form is located below.
Option 1: Open, fill out online, then save and attach to an email to mngmtplus@aol.com Mail a check to the address on the form.
Option 2: Open, print (click the printer icon at the top right of the PDF screen), fill out and send with a check to the address on the form. (You may also fill it out online first and then print it.)
